How to Respect the Janitor in Once Human Martial God's Home

You need to use an emote in order to show respect to this deviant and make him catch-able

First go into your inventory menu and then select cosmetics page/emotes

Assign the respect emote to a hotkey then exit out. hold down x and then the number you assigned the emote to and he will then be able to be caught.
